Discmania C-Line Glow CD1 - Dealer Appreciation
CD1 is back!
The CD1 is back with a new name and improved C-Line plastic. Formerly known as the CD2, we've brought this disc back into the spotlight by popular demand. The "CD" in the name stands for "Control Driver," allowing the player to have complete control and shape the flight of the disc exactly how they want it. The CD1 is a great first distance driver for less powerful or experienced players and an incredibly useful disc for experts as well. Those with faster hand speed will find that this disc will often rival even their fastest drivers for distance, yet the performance will feel effortless and more controlled.
Here's what Eagle said about CD1:
"The CD1 is great for all skill levels and is incredibly comfortable to hold. This disc is one of the best "teachers" for forehand shots as well. It's very symmetrical and has really good torque resistance, so you can throw it quite hard and get very straight lines with a very soft finish."
The CD1 handles almost any wind condition with ease, but is best suited to light and calmer weather. Players will find that the CD1 tends to fly similar to a well-seasoned PD, giving you just the right amount of glide and shot-making ability, but always maintaining enough stability to end up with a smooth, low-speed descent . If you only had one disc to play a round with, this disc would be a great choice.
